Shipping

We deliver to all countries within the EU within 5-7 working days. Please note that depending on weather conditions and carrier overload, the order may take a little longer during the holiday season. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Our standard shipping cost is 7€. Delivery within Austria is free of charge for orders from 70€.

I have not received my order

If you have yet to receive your order and have yet to be notified via Email, please email us at: office@realskinart.at. We will do our best to make sure you still get your order. Delivery times are quoted in good faith. However, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by circumstances out of our control.

Returns

Orders can be returned up to 14 days of receipt. After verifying the return, we will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the item.
